iPod

I purchased a 30G black iPod last weekend and have been playing with it ever since.  I have to say I am very impressed.  I’m finding it very entertaining..which is what I suspect Apple was hoping for.  It has been VERY easy to use and iTunes has been easy to manage.  I was able to pull in a couple video podcasts and the podcast of my brother in law and had them running in minutes.

 It’s been a while since I dropped $400 on a toy but I’m hoping to get my moneys worth in short order.

Garden is looking great!

Just got back from vacation out in California and the garden has taken off like crazy.  Corn is growing great, beans are ready for harvest and tomatoes are showing promise.  I even had to cut back my basil plant by 50% so the other herbs would have room to grow.

LOL….I grew string beans once…..ONLY once *heh*

It was for a grade school science fair project, testing the validity of fertilizer use vs. natural care. Man, the grief I had with that project! To this day, I still can’t look at string beans in a nice way *grins*
