Dee and Colleen…just wondering about your experience. We are scheduled to take our trip in September and after reading all of the horror stories on the internet about the Bluegreen/Bass Pro shop pkg I am now pretty worried. Please tell me all went well….

Wondering if either Cindy or Dee have taken there vacation at the Wi dells location and what they thought about there “tour” and “2 hr presentation”. I am going this week and I am very skeptical. I will post on what my experience was. As like Cindy I had pretty much the exact sales pitch at the Bass Pro in Gurnee Ill. If thats what they are telling people I hope that is how it goes. We will see.

So Cindy have u used your vacation yet? We are scheduled to go in a few weeks & are having second thoughts. Still trying to decide if it’s worth all the hassle.

I too purchased a $99 2 night stay in WI Dells and I am interested to see how my sales presentation will go. I was told by a salesman at Bass Pro Shop in Gurnee IL that I would not be asked to buy anything and I would only be told about the “membership” program if I asked. The 90 min tour is to get me familiar with all the attractions at the resort so I will tell all my friends and family. He also told me that the reason behind this sweet deal is to make sure we have a good time and thus return to the resort and pay regular prices. I will repost after my little vacation to let you all know how it goes.

Interesting. Maybe the subprime real estate nightmares have caused problems for more than mortgagers and realtors, and these sorts of salesmen are trying to do a more subtle job of selling something. either way, glad it was a good experience.
