Menards has a self watering system by planters pride for under $5.00 28 - 2 1/2" pots in a self watering tray. I am using them for transplants from the Park Seed Bio-Seed tubes...but they might work for you to start seeds too. Also...Where did you get your row cover material? I never got around to cutting up that piece you loaned me so i am looking to buy some to use on the raised beds this spring. Just to let you know.
