9:45am – Finished GardenFork.tv radio show.
10:15am – Tourist day begins. We are heading to Coffeyville, KS. Looking for the largest something on the side of the road so we can stop for pictures.
11:10am – our first “diner, drive inn or dive”. BBQ Shack in Paola, KS. Our waitress is Roxy! Shweeet.
12:15pm – Lunch over. Pretty good. On to Coffeyville.
3:40pm – Just finished the Dalton Gang museum. Actually where the armed city killed them. Remember, an armed society is a polite society.
5:00pm – Hey look! It’s Tulsa, OK. On to the meca of all things severe weather…Norman, OK.
7:00pm – In Norman at the Fairfield Inn. Going to have dinner with the guys from Base Velocity, makers of Radar Scope for the iPhone.
SPC tour scheduled for 10am tomorrow and then probably a visit to the Stockyards and catch the Blackhawks game on the tube. I’m thinking I should be shopping for a new belt and belt buckle while Im here. Wahooo!
