Besides running this website Tyler is the founder/president of AllisonHouse LLC. AllisonHouse is a data aggregation and integration company that specializes in weather and weather related data. AllisonHouse provides the power of reliable, customizable, high resolution data directly to the end user in the applications they prefer. In 2003, while searching for a more effective way to obtain severe weather data for personal use, Tyler developed the prototype of what would later become AllisonHouse.
In his free time he is the primary developer and manager of the Spotter Network, a Not-For-Profit company pushing the envelop of technology integration between storm spotters/chasers the NWS and other public entities.

Melissa is a stay at home mom, but still keeps her Registered Nurse (RN) license current. Prior to children…she worked in a cardiologists office, as a home health nurse and as a school nurse. She has no interest in working in a hospital, but working on a disaster response team would be a dream of hers.
Both Melissa and Tyler hope to move to a small/hobby farm in the next 10 years where their children can bug them insensately about owning horses, goats and pigs. Tyler has already planned to adopt/own an Irish Wolfhound or similarly large breed once acreage has been procured…some day.
