In mid/late September we spent 11 days in Scotland seeing the sites and being tourists. We worked with McLean Scotland to put the trip together. Liz @ McLean Scotland is helping with the planning and she’s [...] So as the snowpocalypse was in full force in Chicago I decided to gear up and experience a real blizzard for myself. I dressed in slightly more than my normal winter clothes to see how I would fair and headed out into white out conditions. I was only going to go about 1/4 [...] I spent 6 hours during our trip back from Columbus, OH for the Thanksgiving holidays to read and put some thoughts together on three hobby/small farm magazines I picked up at a local grocery store.
